2. Your Verzii Account

You are responsible for:

• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate profile information

You must not:

• Impersonate another person or brand
• Create fake or misleading profiles
• Sell or transfer your account without permission

Verzii reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our guidelines.

3. Your Content & Rights

You own the content you create — photos, videos, posts, music, artwork, blogs, or any media ("User Content").

By uploading content on Verzii, you grant us:

• A non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, distribute, and modify your content only for:
• Operating the platform
• Promoting your content inside Verzii
• Helping brands collaborate with creators
• Improving user experience

We never sell your content to third parties without your permission.

You are responsible for ensuring:

• Your content does not violate copyright
• You have rights to use music, visuals, or third-party material
• Your content follows Verzii's Community Guidelines

4. What You Cannot Post (Restricted Content)

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, users must not post:

• Hate speech, violence, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Nudity, sexual content, or explicit material
• Illegal activities, drugs, weapons, or harmful content
• Fake news, misleading information, or fraudulent schemes
• Content that violates copyright or trademark laws
• Spam, repeated posting, or harmful scripts/bots

Verzii may remove such content and take necessary action against the user or account.

5. Monetization & Payouts

If you participate in Verzii's monetization or creator programs:

• Payouts depend on your activity, performance, and eligibility
• You must complete KYC to receive payments
• Income is subject to tax deductions as per Indian laws
• Verzii reserves the right to revise monetization rules from time to time

Any fraudulent activity (fake views, bots, manipulation) may lead to:

• Account suspension
• Withholding payouts
• Permanent ban

6. Brand Collaborations

Brands can connect with creators through Verzii.

Creators must:

• Share only genuine data about reach/engagement
• Deliver agreed content as per campaign terms
• Follow brand safety guidelines

Brands must:

• Provide accurate campaign briefs
• Make payments as agreed
• Respect creator rights and timelines

Verzii is not responsible for disputes between users, creators, or brands but may assist in mediation.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Hack, attack, or disrupt Verzii servers
• Mine data or scrape user information
• Use bots or automation tools to increase followers or engagement
• Attempt to reverse engineer the app
• Upload harmful code or viruses

Violations may lead to legal action.

8. Privacy & Data Usage

Verzii collects information to:

• Improve user experience
• Personalize your feed
• Ensure platform security
• Run analytics for better recommendations

We do not sell personal information to third-party advertisers.

Your data is protected as per applicable data protection laws in India.

9. Termination of Use

Verzii may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse monetization features
• You engage in harmful or illegal activity
• Requested by law enforcement

You may delete your account anytime through Settings or by emailing support@verzii.com

10. Limitation of Liability

Verzii is not liable for:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Third-party links, advertisers, or integrations

Use the platform at your own discretion.
